Scope of these terms

This site is operated by Dopstack Technologies (“Dopstack”, “we”, “us”) to describe our work and provide a way to contact us. These terms govern the public website only. They do not govern software, consulting, hosting or other services delivered to a client; those require a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site obliges either party to enter into a project.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and contact us for lawful business purposes. Please do not:

• interfere with the site, its security or other visitors' access;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts;
• submit malicious code, spam or unlawful material; or
• misrepresent your identity or use the site in a way that infringes another person's rights.

We may restrict access or take appropriate action if the site is misused.

Site content and intellectual property

The site's text, branding, design, code and other materials are owned by Dopstack or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to pages for ordinary business use. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit substantial site content without our prior written permission. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, a duty to provide services or an obligation to respond within a particular time. Descriptions, case studies, estimates and other website content are general information, not a binding offer, guarantee of results or professional advice tailored to your circumstances. A project's scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality and responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing.

What you send us

You remain responsible for material you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, confidential source code or material subject to a third party's restrictions through the public contact form. Unless we have separately agreed to confidentiality, an initial enquiry is not covered by a non-disclosure agreement. We use contact details as described in our Privacy Policy.
