Who we are

Information we collect

• Information you provide: the contact form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and message. You may also provide a company name, phone number and indicative budget. If you email us, we receive the information in your message and subsequent correspondence.
• Technical information: when you visit, our hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and error or security events.
• Analytics, if enabled and accepted: Google Analytics may collect page views, interactions, approximate location, and browser and device information. It uses a first-party identifier to distinguish visits.
• Analytics preference: the site stores your accept or reject choice in your browser's local storage.

Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client data in an initial enquiry unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.

Why we use it

• To read and respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible engagement and take steps you request before a contract is made.
• To maintain relevant business correspondence and follow up on a conversation you started.
• To operate, troubleshoot and secure the website, including preventing abuse of the contact form.
• Only if you opt in, to understand visits and interactions so we can improve the website.
• To meet applicable legal obligations and protect our legal rights where necessary.

Where the GDPR applies, the relevant legal basis is generally steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the site, or compliance with a legal obligation, depending on the activity. Optional Google Analytics is based on your consent. We do not use contact-form submissions to add you to an automated marketing list, and we do not sell personal information.

Who receives it

Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox using Resend, our email-delivery provider. Website hosting, infrastructure and email providers may also process information to provide their services. If you accept analytics, Google receives website-use information through Google Analytics; see how Google uses this information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect legal rights. External sites linked here, including social networks, have their own privacy practices; this policy does not cover them.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where a cross-border transfer is subject to data-protection law, we use the protections required by that law. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

Browser storage

If Google Analytics is configured, the site asks you to accept or reject it. Your choice is stored as dopstack-analytics-consent-v1in local storage until you change it or clear your browser's site data. The Google tag can load with analytics storage denied so its installation can be verified, but we do not configure measurement until you accept. After acceptance, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. We do not enable Google advertising signals in this integration. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the site footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection; you can also clear existing site cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, and satisfy applicable recordkeeping or dispute-resolution needs. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed. Technical logs are kept according to the relevant provider's operational and security settings. Analytics event retention is governed by the configured Google Analytics property settings. Your consent choice remains on your device until you change it or remove the site's browser data.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to particular processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority where that right applies. Email info@dopstack.comto make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You can clear the notice preference through your browser's site-data settings, or change your analytics choice using the footer link.

Security and children

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them through it.
